Diced Wild Boar is easy to cook. Diced Wild Boar benefits from being cooked slowly for a casserole we recommend approximately two hours at 160 degrees in a liquor. Wild Boar goes very well with the following herbs and spices: Cayenne Pepper, Coriander Leaves, cloves, Cinnamon, Garlic, Ginger, Juniper Berries, Lemon, Onion, Red Chilli, Rosemary and Tarragon.
